After Jon Stewart explained why he was in the Epstein Files on The Daily Show on Monday, Feb. 2 — yes really! — it’s time for his co-hosts to take over the rest of the week. As we’ve seen since the Comedy Central show has returned, there is just one host for the rest of the week, and some exciting guests.

By the way, don’t be too worried about why Stewart is named in the files. It’s not because of him, and this is why context matters. Saturday Night Live cast members were also mentioned due to their sketches, so we’re not all that worried about things!

Who will host The Daily Show from Feb. 3–5

The remaining three nights will see Michael Kosta take the chair. It’s his first time in 2026, and it comes off the back of the news that he’ll guest star on The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins, which his co-host Ronny Chieng also guest stars on.

He also recently performed his own stand-up comedy as part of the Lucky Loser Tour. He is a busy man, but he still has time to bring his humor and skill to The Daily Show.

Who are the guests on The Daily Show this week?

While Stewart welcomed Heather Ann Thompson onto the show to talk about her book Fear and Fury: The Reagan Eighties, among other topics, Kosta has a week packed with a conservationalist, actors, and a Navy SEAL vet.

On Tuesday, Feb. 3, conservationalist and founder of Junglekeepers, Paul Rosolie, will join Kosta to talk about his new book. Titled Junglekeeper: What It Takes to Change the World, he takes a look at the world that many people believe has been fully explored. However, there are still many parts that are hidden from view, and he shares his views on that.

Then on Wednesday, Feb. 4, it’s over to actor and comedian Ms. Pat. Ms. Pat Show season 5 is currently airing on BET+, and this is a great chance to find out more about it and get a tease of things to come. If you’ve not watched this, then you’re missing out.

Then on Thursday, Feb. 5, director Jon Shenk and Navy SEAL vet Marcus Capone will discuss the upcoming Netflix documentary In Waves and War. Capone is the subject of the documentary, in which he struggles with PTSD after returning from Afghanistan. He embarks on a journey with other veterans who battle mental health issues with a controversial treatment.

The Daily Show airs weeknights at 11/10c on Comedy Central.
