The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is reloaded and ready to start 2024. The CBS late-night TV returns with new episodes on Monday, January 14.

Host Stephen Colbert and his staff have been off the air since December 21. Following that episode, The Late Show took its annual holiday break through the new year.

Expect Colbert to return feeling refreshed and ready to go. He seems to be fully recovered from his ruptured appendix that cost him two weeks of shows at the end of November. And given what's on the calendar in 2024, late-night TV will need Colbert at the top of his game.

The January 14 episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert will featured Barbra Streisand and Taylor Tomlinson as guests. Streisand will take the "Colbert Questionert," so it won't exactly be a brand new in-studio appearance. Fans may recall that Streisand sat down with Colbert for an extended interview on November 13.

Tomlinson returns to the show to promote the upcoming premiere of After Midnight. The comedian will host the @midnight reboot, taking over the timeslotvacated by The Late Late Show with James Corden. Colbert serves as an executive producer on After Midnight, slated to premiere on Tuesday, January 15 at 12:37 a.m. ET.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert already has the rest of its week booked. When the show returns from its two-week hiatus, expect guests such as Gayle King, Charles Barkley, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, America Ferrara, Renee Rapp, Emily Blunt, and Colman Domingo to stop by the Ed Sullivan Theater.

Fans can catch the show starting at 11:35 P.M. ET on CBS. The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is also available on Paramount+.
