The Late Show with Stephen Colbert was absent last week, leaving fans without the top-rated late-night TV show. So what should they expect to see tonight on CBS?

Stephen Colbert didn’t have any new episodes last week. That meant no monologues on Ivanka Trump taking the stand, Ted Cruz taking a shot at late-night TV, or another Donald Trump rally.

Thankfully, all that changes on Monday night. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Expect Colbert’s monologue to make up for lost time to some degree. He may release another edition of his “White House or Big House” segment to recap Trump’s trials. Or, he may give a status update on the GOP field of presidential hopefuls now that Tim Scott has officially bowed out of the race.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight, November 13?

Late-night TV received a major boost last week when the SAG-AFTRA strike officially ended. Union actors are now free to promote new projects. Late-night TV remains one of the best marketing tools for anyone looking to plug a TV show or movie.

But while the rest of late-night TV welcomes A-listers back tonight, The Late Show will be all about one person who transcends just movies. Barbra Streisand will be the one and only guest on The Late Show tonight.

Colbert recently traveled to Malibu to conduct the interview with Streisand. Some behind-the-scenes photos released showed the pair enjoying a walk outside, suggesting this isn’t your typical late-night chat.

Streisand is promoting her memoir, My Name Is Barbra. Colbert is involved in the audiobook, having recorded the credits for the new release.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs tonight, November 13, at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS. The show also streams on Paramount+.
