The long, long wait is finally over tonight for Saturday Night Live fans. For the first time since Feb. 27, there will be a brand new episode. So who’s taking the stage at Studio 8H as host?

The previous five episodes have all featured a first-time host: Nick Jonas, Regé-Jean Page, Regina King, Dan Levy, and John Krasinski. Prior to that, former cast member Kristen Wiig returned to host, becoming the second SNL alum to do so in season 46 (Chris Rock).

We can add Maya Rudolph to that list tonight. The former cast member hosts Saturday Night Live tonight for the second time. She’ll be supported by musical guest Jack Harlow.

Audiences have already seen plenty of Rudolph this season. She has appeared in seven of the 14 episodes this season, playing Vice President Kamala Harris while also popping up in other sketches. Check out our episode preview right here to see why tonight’s episode should be one of this season’s best.

Maya Rudolph has a lot more going on than just playing Vice President Kamala Harris on SNL. She’s a main cast member on the animated series Bless the Harts, currently in its second season. Rudolph is also featured as a voice in the upcoming animated films The Mitchells vs. The Machines (April 30, Netflix) and Luca (June 18, Disney+).

With Maya Rudolph as host, both viewers and the cast know that the show is in good hands. Hopefully, everyone comes back recharged and refreshed for what should be one of season 46’s better episodes. Here are the details to make sure you don’t miss it:
