Is Saturday Night Live new tonight, January 30?
By Matt Moore
It’s been well over a month since we’ve seen a new episode of Saturday Night Live. But as the saying goes, good things come to those who wait.
Saturday Night Live is back tonight with a new episode to kick off the second half of season 46. It marks the end of a hiatus that began way back on Dec. 19.
A month-long break is nothing new for SNL. It happens every year at the same time. This year may have just seemed a bit longer because of how much has happened since the last show. Add in the six-episode streak season 46 opened with, and it’s easy to see why some fans were wondering if SNL would ever be back.
Tonight’s host is Jack Ryan star and A Quiet Place Part II director John Krasinski. The musical guest is Machine Gun Kelly. It will be the SNL debut for both men.
