What should The Late Show with Stephen Colbert fans expect to see tonight on CBS?

The day after Thanksgiving is all about leftovers. So will The Late Show with Stephen Colbert put out something we’ve seen before or serve up a fresh episode?

While some late night television shows such as The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers aired new shows on Thanksgiving, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert took the night off. Holiday or not, the Stephen Colbert and company deserved a break after stringing together solid shows week after week.

So with that being said, it’s no surprise that another rerun airs on Friday. There will not be a new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight. Instead, CBS will reair the Nov. 9 show featuring Stacey Abrams and Thomas Middleditch.

Colbert is set to return on Monday. He’ll air part two of his interview with former President Barack Obama.
