Jimmy Kimmel gave Antonio Brown some advice but not before showing who else offered some wisdom to the troubled wide receiver.

The NFL season is only a week old but Antonio Brown has already drummed up a year’s worth of drama. From being traded to the Oakland Raiders to calling out his general manager to now signing with the New England Patriots, it has been a wild ride for AB. And as Jimmy Kimmel showed, a lot of people are weighing in on the situation.

Brown’s actions that forced his way out of Oakland and in to New England have been called out by just about everyone. Fans are angry and commentators on television have not held back in blasting Brown for his behavior.

Still, it looks like it all worked out for Brown. He got guaranteed money to play for the defending Super Bowl champions. He’ll join an offense that just put up 33 points without firing on all cylinders. And he’ll be catching passes from Tom Brady.

That is, of course, if Brown can get his act together enough to play for Bill Belichick. A lot of people think they know what it takes to play for the Patriots and have been eager to share advice for Brown. Jimmy Kimmel was one of those people but he was only following the lead of one man who really shouldn’t be telling anyone how to behave:

It is 2019 and O.J. Simpson is still finding his way in to late night monologues. It is bizarre that Simpson has not just kept himself out of the public eye but then again, it’s not someone whose decision making has ever been all that great to say the least.

Kimmel is a big NFL fan so it is not surprising to see him covering the Antonio Brown saga on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Kimmel’s love for football may be matched by how much he dislikes Simpson. The late night host has had plenty to say about Simpson over the years.

In the end, it is Kimmel’s advice to Brown that deserves a round of applause. Kimmel takes a clean shot at New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft. Kraft, if you’re unaware, had his own little run of controversy during the offseason. Kimmel makes enough not so subtle references to the incident but manages to keep it ABC-friendly.

NFL fans haven’t heard the last from Antonio Brown even if he is playing for the tight-lipped New England Patriots. That means we probably haven’t heard the last from Jimmy Kimmel on the saga, either. But let’s hope it is the last we hear from the other guy.
