3. Theon and Jon meet face to face and it’s really awkward
On the beach, Jon Snow notices what appears to be a Greyjoy ship being rowed to the shore. He comes to greet the incoming men, coming face to face with a real blast from the past, Theon Greyjoy. Now, Jon may not know everything that has happened to Theon since then, but there’s surely going to still be some animosity there.
It’s clearly extremely awkward. Theon tells Jon he wasn’t expecting him to be there, then asking if Sansa was doing alright. Jon does all he can to keep his rage inside, telling Theon that saving Sansa was literally the only reason he isn’t killing him on the spot. Of course, weak little Theon isnt going to fight back, but just take it and hope for forgiveness.
Theon confirms that his sister had been taken by Euron, and he says he wants the queen’s help in saving her. But the queen isn’t home, Theon is told. She has left for somehwer else, but it’s not clear yet exactly where she has gone. I’m not getting a very good feeling about this, based on the things she was saying earlier…
