Stephen Colbert is getting a big kick out of one of the newest tweets from Donald Trump, mockingly comparing the president to William Shakespeare.

Is Donald Trump tweeting so much that he’s accidentally become a modern-day William Shakespeare?

Well, no. Not seriously, anyway. To compare the mindless musings of the president to the creative brilliance of somebody like Shakespeare is laughable at best. But that’s the point of a new jab from Colbert on last night’s The Late Show on CBS, which mockingly compares the two men.

First, Colbert explains the death of the Trumpcare health plan, which had been to repeal Obamacare with no replacement. Now that the plan is toast, Trump is doing all he can to shift the blame, pointing the finger everywhere other than himself. But none of that is particularly surprising.

In the midst of his tweeting about the situation, however, Trump stumbled upon a line which seems “almost poetic” to Colbert. For context, first take a look at the actual tweet from the Trumpster below:

Colbert can’t help but repeat that last line to himself — “The Dems scream death as OCare dies.” The “leave a man with the brain of a hundred monkeys” typing long enough, he’ll eventually do Shakespeare. To really prove that point, Colbert dresses up as a character from a Shakespearean play, reciting the line and mocking Trump even further.
