9. The survivors preparing for an all out war

Assuming we can get the three big communities together, that’s the first step in taking down Negan. But we know Negan isn’t going to go down quietly. There’s simply no way to stop the Saviors without a full blown war breaking out. But if that’s what has to be done, then it has to be done. Wars mean people die, but that apparently will keep happening anyway if everyone keeps following Negan.

Maybe we’ll get to see some good stuff as the alliance prepares for an incoming battle. They’re going to need to pool their resources and come up with an excellent battle strategy. Do they bring the fight to Negan at his compound? Or do they try to take him outside of the gates? These are things they’re going to have to figure out.

Seeing the survivors coming up with some kind of plan to wage war on Negan will be very interesting. Eventually a war will occur, and that will likely be some crazy television. But gearing up for the incoming big battle can be quite compelling as well. Seeing the planning stages of their grand plan will be just as entertaining as the war itself.
