16. Harrison Ford argues with Chewbacca on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Back in 2013, it would still be a while longer before we’d see Harrison Ford return to the Star Wars franchise with the newest film in the series, The Force Awakens. In the decades prior, Ford seemed to have moved on from the franchise since appearing in the original film series so many years ago, and was known to typically avoid talking about the films. But, naturally, Kimmel had to ask Ford about it during an interview, with the news breaking of the upcoming movie’s production.

Ford brushed off the question, insisting that he doesn’t discuss Star Wars. This opened up a bit where Kimmel turned to the audience to ask fan questions for Ford, reminding them that none of them are to ask about Star Wars. This would lead to our favorite wookie, Chewbacca, to stand up and confront Ford himself.

It wasn’t evident what exactly happened between Ford and Chewbacca, but the two of them had an argument over some sort of falling out. It was later suggested during the mock argument that Chewie had apparently slept with Ford’s wife, and the segment concluded with Ford storming away angrily. It was very bizarre, to say the least.
