Considering The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon had a Thanksgiving episode, we shouldn’t be too disappointed that only the first half of this week is set with new episodes. The good news is there’s a variety to come, with promotion for movies, music, and more.
This doesn’t mean there won’t be new episodes toward the end of the week. However, usually, when the schedule isn’t set by now, we often see reruns. And that shouldn’t be all that surprising, considering Fallon was one of just two late-night show hosts airing an episode on Thanksgiving. Just keep in mind that the schedule can change throughout the week.
Monday, December 1
Sydney Sweeney is the first guest of the week, and she’ll be there mostly talk about her new movie Christy. There are also likely to be questions about The Housemaid, which is slated to be released on Dec. 19, 2025.
Then Tom Pelphrey will chat with Fallon, coming off the back of Task. The HBO series has just been renewed for a second season, so there will likely be questions that he can’t answer about whether he’s coming back or not. Is there a way for him to return? Alex G is the musical guest for the night.
Tuesday, December 2
This is definitely a week for The Housemaid, as Amanda Seyfried then takes to the stage to chat with Fallon. She plays the female lead opposite Sweeney’s Millie, and there are plenty of questions about whether Nina is the antagonist or not.
Reba McEntire will then be on the show, talking all things Happy’s Place, and Kon Knueppel will talk all about basketball. Monsters and Men will perform during the night.
Wednesday, December 3
We end the currently planned week with Noah Schnapp returning to The Tonight Show to talk all about Stranger Things 5. The first part of the fifth season arrived just ahead of Thanksgiving, so there is a lot to break down ahead of the next two parts coming out on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Amanda Gorman will be on stage to chat about Zootopia 2, which came out at Thanksgiving and is already taking the Box Office by storm. Then Gwen Steffani will pull double duty, both chatting with Fallon and performing on the show.
As mentioned, the rest of the week hasn’t been finalized yet, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye on the plan.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35/10:35c on NBC.
