With new movies and shows coming out, there are some great guests lined up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert from Monday, Nov. 17 to Friday, Nov. 21. At the time of writing this, we only have confirmed guests up until Thursday, Nov. 20, and it’s possible that Friday will be another rerun.

The guests can be subject to change. After all, schedules can end up shifting, especially if actors are needed for some last-minute shoots for movies and shows. However, for the most part, we tend to see Colbert stick to the plan.

Monday, November 17

The week starts with Julia Roberts appearing on the series. She’s just been focused on her movie After the Hunt, which came out back in October. During the Monday night episode, we’ll take “The Colbert Questionert,” which is always a lot of fun.

John Fogerty will also appear on the show, where he will perform as well as do an interview with Colbert.

Tuesday, November 18

Then on Tuesday, we’ll get to see Ted Danson answer a few questions. A Man on the Inside season 2 will be released on Netflix at the end of the week, so he’ll be chatting all about where the first season left off and what he can tease about the second season. If you didn’t catch this comedy last year, then you need to watch it right now!

Rather than a musical performance, we’ll get a cooking demo during the night. Alison Roman will join Colbert, and we’re hoping for something great for the upcoming holiday season.

Wednesday, November 19

Wednesday night will see Benedict Cumberbatch, although his most recent movie release was The Roses back in August 2025. Colbert will also be joined by Patton Oswalt, who is sure to talk about the upcoming Netflix series The Abandons, created by Kurt Sutter. The new series is set in the 1850s and will follow the conflicts between the several outlaw groups in the Old West.

Wednesday night will then have a musical performance. Jesse Welles will take to the stage.

Thursday, November 20

The week ends with Senator Elizabeth Warren talking with Stephen Colbert about all things going on in the government right now. There is a lot to discuss, and it’s not like Colbert is ever that quiet about his opinions. Billy Strings will then take to the stage to give his musical performance.

As mentioned, there isn’t anything for Friday, Nov. 21 just yet. We’ll be sure to keep an eye on the plan.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs weeknights at 11:35/10:35c on CBS.
