The second week of February is feeling very light. Very few late night shows will air new episodes, and two of them are off completely rather than offering reruns. The good news is The Daily Show will have new episodes all week, and now we have the details of the co-host and the guest.

As usual, Monday, Feb. 9 will be hosted by Jon Stewart. He is sure to break down the weekend’s events, which include everything from the Super Bowl, the Halftime Show, the Alternative Halftime Show, and much more. Then we’ll get into a week with a favorite co-host for many.

Who will co-host The Daily Show this week?

After Jon Stewart, senior correspondent Jordan Klepper will take over hosting duties. This is the second time he’s hosted this year, and there is plenty to look forward to.

He’s certainly a favorite for many people, not being afraid to go out in the field and ask the hilariously tough questions. We’re certainly looking forward to the new episodes to air this week.

Klepper has been a long-time favorite, initially joining the show in 2014 but leaving three years later. He returned in 2019, and he has been a consistent presence ever since.

The Daily Show schedule for Feb. 9–12

So, who will appear on the series? Well, Governor Andy Beshear will sit down with Stewart on Monday, Feb. 9. The Kentucky governor currently has the highest approval rating of any Democratic governor in the country. He holds a 65% rating, and it’s sure to come up during the interview.

Then on Tuesday, Feb. 10, it’s over to Tim Blake Nelson, who is there to talk about his novel Superhero. The book brings sport and superheroes together, as it offers a baseball look at the making of a superhero film.

Then Andrew Jarecki will chat about The Alabama Solution on Wednesday, Feb. 11. This is a documentary that looks into the cover-up within one of the country’s deadliest prison systems that is often gone overlooked.

Then Thursday will be over to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. There is certainly a lot to discuss, as he’s been in the news a lot with the current ICE situation in the city. He has already been in the news being against the current situation, and that is sure to continue.

The Daily Show airs weeknights at 11/10c on Comedy Central.
