Who is the host of SNL season 51 episode 11?
American singer, songwriter, and actress Teyana Taylor will host the January episode. This is her first time hosting the series, but it’s not her first ever appearance. She cameoed back in September 2018.
Taylor appears as One Battle After Another enters the Awards cycle. She has recently been spotted on numerous talk shows, but you can also watch her on Netflix’s latest crime movie, The Rip, opposite Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. She was also in All’s Fair as Milan.
Who is the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on January 24?
Geese will perform, marking their debut on the series in any sort of capacity. Formed in 2016, Geese is a popular rock band, and they’ll perform songs from their latest album, “Getting Killed.”
They have three other albums before it, “A Beautiful Memory,” “Projector,” and “3D Country.” You can hear their songs on Spotify, Apple Music, or wherever you listen to your music on the go, so you can an idea of what you’ll listen to throughout the night.
As Taylor is also a singer, we would love to see her join the band in some sort of capacity. That’s usually reserved for the bigger stars and musical guests, such as when Cher joined with Ariana Grande and Bowen Yang during the last episode of 2025.
