The Daily Show will be live all week as it provides real-time reaction to the Democratic National Convention. The event in Chicago will bring some of the biggest names in politics to the Comedy Central late-night TV show.

The DNC kicks off on Monday night as the party celebrates the Kamala Harris/Tim Walz ticket. Speakers at the event include former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, along with Harris, Walz, Hillary Clinton, and Michelle Obama.

After each night, The Daily Show will put its spin on the speeches and message coming from the DNC. It all starts Monday night with host Michael Kosta (per The Hollywood Reporter).

The Daily Show correspondent will interview Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Once considered a possible VP pick for Harris, Whitmer has become one of the more recognizable political figures. She also hasn't hesitated to call out Donald Trump publicly.

On Tuesday night, Desi Lysic gets her turn to host the show. She'll talk with Representative Lauren Underwood of Illinois. The Naperville native should provide an expert perspective on Chicago, countering some of the claims made against the city by its critics.

Jordan Klepper hosts The Daily Show on Wednesday night. He'll trade in his field work for a spot behind the desk as he chats with Maryland Governor Wes Moore. He's expected to speak at the Democratic National Convention, with public sevice at the heart of his message.

The DNC closes out on Thursday night and with it, the Daily Show's live coverage. Jon Stewart gets the honor of hosting the week's final episode. No guest has been announced for Stewart's episode, so there could be a surprise in store. On the other hand, Stewart may just have the floor to himself to reflect on the Democratic Party's tumultuous few months that has led to increased enthusiasm rather than chaos.

The Daily Show will be live from Chicago. The late-night TV show assembled a set at the Athenaeum Center for Thought and Culture in Chicago. Live episodes are expected to air at 11:00 p.m. ET on Comedy Central.
