There’s a change to the schedule for Late Night with Seth Meyers. While we’re used to reruns on Friday nights, there won’t be one this week. The whole show is pre-empted.
There are just four episodes to watch. The good news is that all four episodes are new, but this is followed by some bad news. Late Night will be pre-empted for the next two weeks, as NBC focuses on Winter Olympics coverage. We’ll keep an eye out for any reruns that may happen during those two weeks, but there are no new episodes at all.
Monday, February 2
The week starts with Alexander Skarsgård, fresh off his appearance on Saturday Night Live. While there is sure to be a mention of The Moment, the mockumentary movie about a rising popstar, he is also there to talk about Pillion, which focuses on a relationship between two men.
Then Paula Pell will come to the show to discuss her adaptation of the 1989 movie The ‘Burbs. Keke Palmer will appear on The Tonight Show later in the week, but this is a chance to find out why Pell wanted to reboot this movie.
Tuesday, February 3
Liam Neeson stars on the show to talk about his upcoming movie Cold Storage. It’s a sci-fi horror movie, which could offer something a little different for Neeson to play.
Then Amber Ruffin will appear to talk about her new off-Broadway musical comedy, BIGFOOT. The musical comedy is set in the town of Muddirt, a glow-in-the-dark oasis thanks to the chemical dump site and the nuclear power plant it’s sandwiched between! Well, now Bigfoot makes sense!
Wednesday, February 4
Hump Day looks to be a big interview with one person in particular. James Acaster is the only guest confirmed for the night, a British comedian who most of you have seen on social media at the very least.
The schedule is always subject to change, so it’s possible another guest will be added. We’ll be sure to keep an eye out.
Thursday, February 5
Finally, we have Nick Jonas on the show, who will discuss his fifth studio album as a solo artist, “Sunday Best.” He will be performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday night, so you won’t want to miss out!
After that, John Early will discuss What We Did Before Our Moth Days. It’s an off-Broadway production that he is starring in.
It’s a packed and exciting week before we head into a two-week break.
Late Night with Seth Meyers airs weeknights at 12:37/11:37c on NBC.
