We knew that Late Night with Seth Meyers would go dark during the Winter Olympic Games. There were no tickets to shows throughout the two weeks, so it told us that there would be no new episodes. However, there is worse news for those hoping for reruns.
NBC will air the coverage of the Winter Olympics Games for the next two weeks. It all starts tonight, Friday, Feb. 6 with the Opening Ceremony, and the coverage will continue until the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, Feb. 22. That means there’s no room in the schedule for anything else — except the Super Bowl! — and Late Night is going dark.

There are no reruns of Late Night with Seth Meyers for the two weeks
While the full two-week schedule hasn’t been released by NBC, a look at the first week of the Games makes it clear that it’s all about the winter sporting event. Late Night with Seth Meyers won’t even enter any reruns, and that means it will feel like a long break.
In some good news, you can turn to Peacock to watch reruns. However, it’s just not the same as tuning in at the regular viewing time on NBC in the wee hours of the night.
We’ll have to wait until Monday, Feb. 23, which is when Late Night (and The Tonight Show) will return with new episodes.

Where to get more Seth Meyers during the break
While there won’t be any new episodes of Late Night with Seth Meyers on NBC, you don’t have to go without the host at all. He has three podcasts right now that you can listen to.
If you haven’t caught up with the Late Night podcast, then this is a great time to do so. Usually released on Wednesdays and Fridays, the show gives us “A Closer Look” of the series via audio. We get discussions with the writers and producers, as well as backstage interviews that you only hear on the podcast.
Want something a little different? Family Trips with the Meyers Brothers is a great one with Seth and Josh, who we’ve seen on Late Night before. The two is a nostalgic look at the past, where they interview guests about memorable childhood vacations and travel disasters.
The third one is fun for those who love Saturday Night Live. Meyers has teamed up with Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone for The Lonely Island and Seth Meyers Podcast. They dive into their SNL work and much more.
This is a great chance to catch up on the podcasts and learn more about Meyers.
Late Night with Seth Meyers will return on Monday, Feb. 23 at 12:37/11:37c on NBC.
