John Oliver launches plan to cover up Trump

John Oliver has a brand-new website. The Last Week Tonight host shared all the details, including how fans can get their hands on a product designed to get under he skin of President Donald Trump.

During last night's episode, Oliver rattled off a list of recent “branding” efforts tied to Trump, including the renaming the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the eyebrow-raising announcement that Trump’s signature will appear on U.S. paper currency.

Then there is the National Park Service's annual pass. In December 2025, President Trump revealed that his face would appear on the pass alongside George Washington. Some passholders were understandably upset with the decision.

Some critics have turned to custom stickers that cover the pass entirely with scenic landscapes, while others have gone a more technical route by designing plastic sleeves that obscure the presidential portraits without technically “altering” the pass. That workaround comes after the Department of the Interior warned that stickers placed directly on the pass could violate “Void if Altered” rules.

Oliver, naturally, has taken things a step further. The host announced that Last Week Tonight has launched a website where viewers can download and print their own stickers free of charge. The designs range from practical to ridiculous, including options that cover Trump’s face with images like a tongue-wagging bear (reportedly a runner-up from the photo contest) or, as Oliver put it, “a cool lizard.”

There are also options to keep things presidential, with Oliver's website offering sticker templates designed to look like some of President Trump's predecessors. Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Richard Nixon, and Warren Harding are all available.

For those opting for the plastic sleeve approach, the show is also offering designs meant to sit on top, featuring scenic “vistas” that just so happen to include Last Week Tonight mascot Marshmallow, the polar bear. Another option pays homage to "Stay Up Late," the erotic furry painting Oliver helped make famous in 2020.

And as if that wasn't enough, the site's name and URL are also a little NSW-ish. Fans can find John Oliver's latest creation at JohnOliverGivesTrumpHeads.com.

Stunts like this one are much more likely to irritate the president than a takedown of his policies. Late-night hosts like Oliver have the president figured out by this point, and Trump has made it clear how much he loves his name on stuff. It's a small victory for anyone wanting to enjoy a national park without bringing a picture of Trump along for the trip.
