Fires have raged across parts of the Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Altadena in Los Angeles County. In response, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and After Midnight suspended tapings beginning Wednesday, December 8.
ABC announced Jimmy Kimmel and his team will resume taping shows starting on Monday, January 13. The same goes for After Midnight, which airs on CBS. However, the show will still air repeat episodes on Monday and Tuesday night.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! films at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood. Taylor Tomlinson hosts After Midnight nearby on the Paramount Pictures studio lot. That put the locations between the Palisades fire to the southwest and the Eaton fire to the northeast.
