Late Night with Seth Meyers hasn't been heard from in weeks, but there is finally good news on the horizon for the NBC late-night show. Host Seth Meyers will be back behind the desk on Monday night as Late Night ends its hiatus.
Like most late-night shows, Late Night went dark around the end of June. The last new episode came on June 26 before the show closed its doors for an extended break. It left a noticeable void with Meyers' keen insight in the day's headlines.
Look for Meyers to make up for lost time on Monday night. There will be a brand-new episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers.
It's a safe bet to assume "A Closer Look" will be on the schedule for Late Night's return. The only real question is which story Meyers and his staff want to focus on after keeping quiet for two weeks.
President Donald Trump signed his "big beautiful bill" into law on July 4, so Meyers may want to take a deeper dive into what's in the bill and how it got passed. Or, he could choose to take a closer look at the fallout from the White House declaring there are no "Epstein files" to be released. ICE raids, tariffs, and Russia-Ukraine are some of the other headlines that could inspire "A Closer Look" on Monday night.
Singer and actress Nicole Scherzinger will be the first guest out on Late Night with Seth Meyers tonight. She'll discuss her role as Norma Desmond in the Broadway musical Sunset Boulevard. Actor Jack McBrayer is also on the schedule to talk about his part in the Apple TV+ series Murderbot and his HGTV show Zillow Gone Wild.
On Tuesday, look for Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos to join Meyers. Superman director James Gunn and skateboarding icon Tony Hawk are also on the show.
Wednesday, July 16 will feature actor Timothy Olyphant as the lead guest. He's got a lot to talk about, including Stick on Apple TV+ and the upcoming Hulu series Alien: Earth. Actress and model Emily Ratajkowski will chat with Meyers about her role in the Netflix series Too Much.
Meyers ends his week on Thursday, July 17. Actress Amy Sedaris will lead things off following the announcement that she'll appear at the New York Comedy Festival in November alongside Stephen Colbert and Paul Dinello to talk Strangers with Candy. Then, actor Lee Pace joins the show to talk about Foundation season 3.
Late Night with Seth Meyers airs at 12:35 a.m. on NBC.
