The night before Thanksgiving is usually a time to catch up with old friends and forget about work for a while. But what does that mean for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert?

Colbert has been a friendly face on late-night TV all week. His monologues have covered efforts to protect President Joe Biden and efforts to keep Donald Trump away from the White House.

We’ll find out what is on Colbert’s mind ahead of Thanksgiving on Wednesday night. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Expect Colbert to share some thoughts about the holiday. He should have enough material to provide Thanksgiving dinner tables with some talking points before Thursday.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight, November 22?

First up, award-winning actor Peter Dinklage joins The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The Game of Thrones alum is out promoting his new movie, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. He plays Casca Highbottom in the prequel, described as the “author of the Hunger Games.”

Then, comedian and actor Tig Notaro returns to chat with Stephen Colbert. She is currently out on her Hello Again tour. Shows have been a mix of stand-up and music as Notaro gets behind a piano … despite having next to zero ability.
