Is Real Time with Bill Maher new tonight, November 17?
By Matt Moore
Friday night means it’s time for Real Time with Bill Maher. So what should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on HBO?
Last week, Bill Maher grabbed attention for hosting Senator Ted Cruz and Jordan Peterson at Real Time. It’s hard to think of a more divisive late-night guest lineup, but that’s exactly how Maher likes it.
Things shouldn’t be quite so controversial on Friday. But there will be a brand new episode of Real Time with Bill Maher tonight.
Expect Maher to weigh in on the Republican in-fighting that allegedly turned physical. Other topics on the table include protests calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, the ethics report on Representative George Santos, and President Joe Biden’s meeting with China’s Xi Jinping.
Who’s on Real Time with Bill Maher tonight, November 17?
First up, Bill Maher sits down with two legends of comedy. Albert Brooks and Rob Reiner will be the first guests on Real Time tonight.
They’ll be on to discuss the new HBO documentary Albert Brooks: Defending My Life. Reiner directed the look at the comedian’s iconic career that spans decades.
Then, it’s time for the panel. It will feature two guests representing opposite sides of the aisle but with similar views on several topics.
Donna Brazile currently serves as a Georgetown University professor. She was previously the interim Chair of the Democratic National Committee.
Adam Kinzinger is a former Republican congressman who served on the January 6 committee. He’s also the author of Renegade: Defending Democracy and Liberty in Our Divided Country.
Real Time with Bill Maher airs tonight, November 17, at 10:00 p.m. ET on HBO. It is also available to stream on Max.
