Real Time with Bill Maher hasn’t shied away from the biggest stories since it returned from hiatus. So what should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on HBO?

Bill Maher has let the hot takes fly after returning to Real Time. He’s called out Joe Biden as too old to run for president, blasted Hasan Minhaj for his stand-up routine, and weighed in on the violence in Israel.

Expect more of the same from the opinionated late-night TV host on Friday. There will be a brand new episode of Real Time with Bill Maher tonight.

Tonight, Bill Maher should address House Republicans finally electing a new Speaker of the House. Other late-night shows, like The Late Show, have already tried to introduce Representative Mike Johnson to their audience. Now, it’s Maher’s turn.

Who’s on Real Time with Bill Maher tonight, October 27?

First up, Bill Maher will welcome two guests to Real Time for the interview segment. He’ll chat with Andrew Cuomo and Melissa DeRosa.

Cuomo served as governor of New York from 2011 to 2021, resigning after facing sexual misconduct allegations. He has strongly supported Israel in the past, so anticipate him to share his thoughts on the violence happening in the region.

DeRosa served as Cuomo’s chief of staff. She recently published the memoir What’s Left Unsaid: My Life at the Center of Power, Politics and Crisis.

Then, it will be time for the Real Time with Bill Maher panel. Tonight’s lineup features one returning guest and another making their first visit.

Scott Galloway is a New York University marketing professor. He also hosts the podcast Prof G Podcast.

Jessica Tarlov co-hosts The Five on Fox News and is known for her liberal views that clash with her fellow Fox personalities. She also serves as head of research at Bustle.

Real Time with Bill Maher airs tonight, October 27, at 10:00 p.m. ET on HBO.
