Current Jeopardy! champion Lloyd Sy was given the night off in favor of Celebrity Jeopardy!. Sy has won two games and amassed $53,578 in winnings.
Who is on Celebrity Jeopardy! tonight?
Tonight’s game features three different actors facing off against each other. Fans will see two streaming stars and one actor known for both TV and movies.
Zoë Chao, an actress known for the Apple TV+ series The Afterparty, will play for Hour Children. Ginny & Georgia actress Brianne Howey will be playing for Save the Children. And Arrested Development and Superbad actor Michael Cera plays for Saving Mothers.
Who made it to the next round of Celebrity Jeopardy! this year?
The winner of tonight’s game will move on to the next round of the 2022-2023 Celebrity Jeopardy! tournament. Two stars have already booked their ticket to the finals.
The Mindy Project and The Afterparty actor Ike Barinholtz won his game back in October 2022. Then, Star Trek: The Next Generation star Wil Wheaton won his November 2022 matchup.
Tonight’s winner will move on to the semifinal round. The next quarterfinal round is scheduled for January 12. It will feature actor and comedian Patton Oswalt, basketball player Candace Parker and actress Torrey DeVitto. Whoever ultimately wins Celebrity Jeopardy! will receive $1 million for their charity.
Celebrity Jeopardy! airs tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC. Mayim Bialik will host the special episode.
