The CBS last-night TV show signed off before the holidays last month, completing another impressive year. But with some major news breaking in the past few days, fans are eager to hear from Stephen Colbert in 2023.

Thankfully, they’ll get their wish on Tuesday. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Expect Colbert’s monologue to recap the holidays, the latest on former President Donald Trump’s tax returns, and the Republican Party in-fighting around Kevin McCarthy’s bid for speaker of the House.
