Ryanair has banned James Corden from flying with them… kind of.

Ryanair’s recent tweet comes after James Corden was reportedly extremely rude and abusive to staff whilst dining in a New York restaurant.

James Corden was blasted online by the manager of Balthazar, as a result of his supposedly appalling behaviour. Corden allegedly screamed at a waiter that “[he] should go into the kitchen and cook the omelette [himself]”

This was all explained by manager, Keith McNally in a recent Instagram post.

Since then, the owner has updated his followers, explaining that Corden has since apologised for his antics.

Ryanair wanting in on the drama, decided to take to Twitter, posting an image of Corden in a plane seat with the caption: “James Corden BANNED from Ryanair”.

Ryanair tweet goes viral

The response on Twitter seems to have riled up some attention, with the tweet now at nearly 140,000 likes. One user wrote in response, “Best thing you’ve ever done”, whilst another said, “Dub. I’m flying with Ryanair religiously now”.

Despite Corden apologising for his recent actions, it seems his reputation can only hold on for so long with a wave of media criticism now flooding the internet.

Of course, this is not the first time the world has witnessed tales of James Corden’s public behaviour. Last year, an AMA on Reddit opened the floodgates to numerous claims of Corden’s rude and childish conduct.

This swift move from the Irish airline prompts the question as to which other corporations will be following in their footsteps and swinging the hammer on James Corden. After all, it makes for some viral publicity.
