For now, James Corden is the current hot topic in the YouTube world. Last week, a mini-documentary was published on the CBS late night host, presenting a scathing exposé-style video.

In just over a week the video, uploaded by popular YouTuber, SunnyV2 has amassed over 6 million views. The mini-documentary titled ‘How James Corden Destroyed His Reputation’ details several instances during the host’s entertainment career which have contributed to his eventual loss of public support.

The narrator for the clip suggests Corden’s supposed downfall began as “people started to realise that James Corden was a completely different person when he wasn’t on camera.”

Several Reddit posts were simultaneously shown on screen, with many sharing their encounters with the late night host.

The YouTube commentator made links to Corden’s joyful onscreen persona alongside growing online rumours of the host acting like a “completely different person”.

Despite the enormity of such stories online, there is no hard proof to suggest any rumour is true.

The video then traced Corden’s celebrity journey to his early beginnings in television, sharing an audio tape of the host discussing somewhat of an ego trip during his youth.

The late night host was heard saying, “You can start to think you’re perhaps a bit more of a dude than you really are. And that very much happened to me, y’know. I had swagger in my walk.”

Shortly after, the clip would then display another personal account written by Corden on his early personality, admitting to switching off when conversations were not about him.

The YouTube commentator then provided what is described as the inception of growing public dislike towards the British television personality.

The scenario in question dates back to 2010 when the Late Late Show host engaged in a fiery feud with Patrick Stewart at The Glamour Awards. The two entered into a quarrel after the actor called out Corden for acting bored and casual onstage whilst Stewart accepted his award.

Later in the video, the narrator would present blog posts describing personal encounters with Corden. One Reddit post suggested that during a taping in the UK, the host shouted at production staff and ordered fans back to their seats when attempting to greet him.

Several other scenarios including on-street and restaurant encounters have detailed similar trends in his alleged behaviour.
