Jeopardy! returned on Tuesday with another brand new episode. Did we have another repeat winner or is there a new Jeopardy! champion?

Things haven’t exactly been consistent since Mattea Roach’s winning streak came to an end. Jeopardy! fans have watched several new champions come and go, unable to put together a prolonged run.

Who is the current Jeopardy! champion?

Ryan Long was back on Tuesday night as the current Jeopardy! champion. Long is a rideshare driver from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Through his victories on Friday and Monday, Long has banked $$43,000 in winnings.

On Tuesday night, he faced off against Justinne Lake-Jedzinak, a museum educator from Oyster Bay, New York, and Jason Smith, a head of risk operations from Scottsdale, Arizona.

Long found himself in the lead after the “Jeopardy!” round with $9,200. In second place sat Smith with $6,400, followed by Lake-Jedzinak in third with $1,200.

“Double Jeopardy!” saw the champ maintain his lead. After two rounds of questions, he led with $20,000, followed by Smith with $16,000 and Lake-Jedzinak with $6,200.

In “Final Jeopardy!,” Long was the only player to answer correctly. He added to his total and became a three-day Jeopardy! champion. He has now won $70,000.
