Who’s hosting Saturday Night Live tonight, March 26?
By Matt Moore
In recent weeks, Saturday Night Live has turned to some of the biggest names in entertainment to host the show. So what should fans expect to see tonight on NBC?
The past three new SNL episodes have been hosted by two comic book characters brought to life and a fan-favorite comedian. The Batman‘s Catwoman Zoe Kravitz followed Marvel’s Moon Knight Oscar Isaac. That duo came after John Mulaney joined the Five Timers Club back in February.
Unfortunately, we won’t get to see the newest SNL host this week. There will not be a new episode of Saturday Night Live tonight.
At 10:00 p.m., NBC will reair the season 46 episode hosted by Regé-Jean Page in honor of Bridgerton‘s return. Then at 11:30, fans get another chance to see host Simu Liu’s episode from earlier this season.
SNL fans looking for something different aren’t without options. The show’s YouTube channel has cut for time sketches, behind-the-scenes footage, and classic sketches. Peacock subscribers also have access to every season starting with season one in 1975.
Who’s hosting Saturday Night Live next?
The good news is that fans won’t have to wait too long to see Saturday Night Live return. The show is scheduled to be back on the air on April 2.
Comedian, actor, writer, and director Jerrod Carmichael will host that episode. He’ll become the latest first-time host of season 47. Rapper Gunna will serve as the musical guest.
Carmichael’s episode is the first of three new shows in a row. Jake Gyllenhaal will host on April 9, marking his return to Studio 8H after 15 years. Camila Cabello is set to be the musical guest. Then on April 16, Lizzo pulls double duty as both the host and musical guest.
