One of the more ridiculous storylines in late night television took yet another turn on Tuesday night. MyPillow’s Mike Lindell accepted Jimmy Kimmel’s offer to appear on the comedian’s show.

Kimmel has been admittedly obsessed with the MyPillow Guy in recent months. Lindell has been ranting and raving with claims of election fraud since Donald Trump lost the election. His company has lost a reported $65 million due to boycotts and he’s facing a $1.3 billion lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! has been documenting all of it as well as Lindell’s recently launched Frank Speech social media site and his MyStore online retail site. The show has even brought in comedian James Adomian to play Lindell in a handful of popular sketches.

So when Mike Lindell set out to live stream for 48 hours, it was no surprise that Kimmel was watching as much as he could. His monologue on Monday night recapped the stream, which featured Lindell calling out the late night host by name. Kimmel responded by inviting Lindell on the show and we got the MyPillow Guy’s response last night:

Will Mike Lindell appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live?

*Update: Jimmy Kimmel confirms Mike Lindell has been booked on the show*

Jimmy Kimmel had to start by putting together a montage of Mike Lindell at peak-MyPillow Guy energy. It was just a small sample of what the Frank Speech live stream was like as Lindell railed against his critics and attackers while his guests did their best to stay out of his way.

It didn’t take long for Lindell and his team to get a hold of Kimmel’s monologue from Monday night. And while Lindell originally sounded angry that Kimmel was mocking him for his history with drugs, the MyPillow CEO also seemed happy to get the extra publicity from Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Lindell may look to capitalize on that by accepting Kimmel’s offer to come on the show. It would certainly give Lindell the largest audience he’s had in a long time. On the other hand, it may be Kimmel who backs out of the deal. Lindell may be too unpredictable to have in studio, no matter how entertaining Kimmel finds him.

In the meantime, we’ll have to wait to see if Lindell releases that picture of him and Kimmel at a Kid Rock concert. These two already have an interesting history and the future could be even more intriguing.
