It’s Wednesday which means we are halfway through the week. Fans looking for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to help them wrap up the day with a brand new episode are in luck.
The Late Show will be brand new tonight as Stephen Colbert continues to break down everything going on in the news. Increasingly, this has included stories that come from outside Washington, D.C.
That isn’t to say that Colbert has completely abandoned what helped him get to the top of late night TV. Just last night, he continued to discuss former President Donald Trump’s impeachment as well as welcome Champ and Major Biden to the White House.
Fans are in for more of that balance tonight. Keep reading to find out who is on tonight’s all-new episode of The Late Show.
First, actor and comedian Billy Crystal will join the show. In 2020, he starred in the film Standing Up, Falling Down. With the Oscars around the corner, Crystal is being mentioned as a potential dark horse nominee. He may also provide an update on the Monsters Inc. spinoff series he’s working on for Disney+.
Then, Representative Jackie Speier will talk with Colbert. The California Democrat serves on the Committee on Armed Services and Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Impeachment, President Biden’s first 100 days, and more should all be on the table.
