What should The Late Show with Stephen Colbert fans expect to see tonight on CBS?

Late-breaking news to close out last week had late-night television fans hoping they’d hear from Stephen Colbert. However, The Late Show was off on Friday and left fans with an extra day of waiting.

Colbert spent the week covering the first presidential debate between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. Given the absolute trainwreck the debate devolved into, The Late Show spent multiple nights dissecting it.

The country woke up on Friday morning to learn that President Trump had been diagnosed with COVID-19. With Colbert off, it was up to Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Tonight Show to provide reaction from late-night television.

Colbert will finally get his chance to share his thoughts tonight. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show.

Colbert’s interview guest will be music icon Jon Bon Jovi. Bon Jovi the band is also scheduled to perform. Their 15th studio album 2020 was released on Oct. 2.
