Anna Kendrick brought her Harry Potter collector’s item to Show and Tell

Anna Kendrick has developed a strong and passionate fanbase through her work in TwilightPitch Perfect, and more. For Kendrick, her fandom is strongest when it comes to all things Harry Potter as she proved on Thursday night.

While producing late night television shows from home hasn’t been ideal, it has allowed for more unique celebrity interviews. The Late Late Show with James Cordehas taken advantage of the situation with “Show and Tell” segments. If celebrities have to be interviewed from their homes, why not let them show off some of their most prized possessions?

Rob Gronkowski, Venus Williams, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Hugh Jackman are some of the names who have already participated. Late Late Show fans have thoroughly enjoyed the segment and the inside look it provides on life at home for their favorite stars.

Anna Kendrick got her turn on Thursday. The actress was very eager to show off a piece of memorabilia that make any Harry Potter fan jealous:

Anna Kendrick’s love of Harry Potter is well-documented

Kendrick’s impressive copy of “The Tales of Beedle the Bard” signed by J.K. Rowling is more than enough proof to say that the actress is a hardcore Potter fan. But Kendrick’s followers are well aware of this fact, considering she has spoken at length about Pottermore, the books, and films and just about anything else from the world of wizards.

However, some fans who watched the interview had a tiny, tiny bone to pick with Kendrick. She referred to the book as “Beedle and Bard” instead of “Beedle the Bard.” It is a small slip of the tongue and maybe Kendick was just overly excited to show off her prized Potter possession.

Also in her interview with Corden, Kendrick once again mentioned how her Lego hobby has helped her through quarantine. Back in April, she showed off her Lego version of the Millenium Falcon on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Lego, Harry Potter, Star Wars…it sounds like Anna Kendrick is heavily invested in some of the biggest fandoms around.
