John Oliver

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

Start your late night television week off by seeing two of the best in the business sit down together. John Oliver visits The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday, Feb. 10.

Oliver is just a week away from kicking off season seven of Last Week Tonight. Fans have been missing Oliver since season six wrapped up back in Sept. 2019. Between mainstream stories like the impeachment trial and more happening since then, Oliver has a lot to catch up on when he comes back.

Colbert and Oliver always have an entertaining conversation. Fans can expect to hear everything from stories about days at The Daily Show, life as the host of a late night television show, and Oliver’s take on American and British politics.

That last topic should get the most attention. Oliver has used time on Last Week Tonight to explain Brexit to his audiences. And now that it is official, he could provide Late Show audiences with an update. Oliver has also commented on the royal family and specifically Meghan Markle’s marriage to Prince Harry. With the announcement that the two are stepping away from their royal duties, Oliver surely has some thoughts on that as well.
