A clip showing world leaders mocking President Donald Trump left Trevor Noah wondering if they hurt his feelings.

Things rarely seem to go well when President Donald Trump leaves the U.S. The NATO summit was the latest example and now The Daily Show with Trevor Noah is wondering if President Trump has become a victim of bullying.

Late night hosts are all too familiar with President Trump’s behavior at home. Trump is very selective about the audiences and crowds he appears in front of, allowing him control over the response and reception. But when President Trump travels outside the county, late night is typically treated with new material.

That was the case in England during a summit of NATO nations. A clip that has since gone viral shows Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and French President Emmanuel Macron apparently mocking President Trump and laughing at his behavior.

One would think that President Trump could handle this and take it in stride. After all, Donald Trump has been mocking and insulting political rivals and critics for years now. But instead, the President cancelled his press conference and went home early.

For Trevor Noah, this was a clear case of bullying. Watch as the Daily Show breaks it all down and comes very close to expressing sympathy for President Trump and his hurt feelings.

We have seen Mean Girls analogy used by late night to discuss the Trump Era in the past but Trevor Noah takes things one step further. Noah portrays Trump has everything from the kid asking to leave camp early  to a kid crying all the way home to the once popular kid forced to eat his lunch with the outcasts.

President Trump tried to get his revenge on his fellow world leaders. He called Prime Minister Justin Trudeau “two-faced” which set up a joke too easy for Noah to ignore. But President Trump’s decision to take his ball and go home was probably celebrated by the other leaders eager to have the American president far, far way.

It is getting more and more difficult for Donald Trump to find a place where he is welcomed. He was booed at multiple sporting events in the fall and now it is clear that world leaders do not care for the president. Don’t be surprised if there is a rally scheduled in the near future that has a warm welcome and a platform for President Trump to fire back at Trudeau, Boris Johnson, and others.

If President Donald Trump is trying to look on the bright side, then Trevor Noah has an answer. At least back in the U.S., comedians and just about anyone else are more than happy to make fun of the president to his face.
