Should Real Time with Bill Maher fans expect a brand new episode tonight on HBO?
It may be the day after Thanksgiving but that doesn’t mean the news has slowed down or taken any days off. And it means that there is still plenty leftover to discuss on a show like Real Time with Bill Maher.
The biggest story in politics remains the impeachment inquiry and President Donald Trump’s alleged quid pro quo with Ukraine. The public testimony we heard was largely damning to President Trump’s defense and provide an abundance of material for late night shows across the board.
There have been a few other major stories outside of the Ukraine scandal. The Democratic candidates for president held another debate. President Trump made an unannounced visit to troops in Afghanistan. Donald Trump Jr.’s book Triggered is under scrutiny over who exactly was buying the book.
Hopefully these topics didn’t come up at your Thanksgiving table. It has become a cliche at this point that talking politics with family can absolutely derail the holiday. But once place such debates are welcomed is Real Time with Bill Maher.
Should fans expect to see Bill Maher and a collection of guests talking about the news? Or is Real Time still recovering from Thanksgiving?
There will not be a new episode of Real Time with Bill Maher tonight. In fact, it will be sometime before fans get to here Maher unfiltered on HBO again. Season 17 wrapped up a couple weeks ago and season 18 will kick off in Jan. 2020.
