Between the Scenes on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah

Trevor Noah is one of the most thoughtful and intelligent voices in late night television. Those qualities are pretty much requirements as host of The Daily Show.

And late night fans are thankful that Noah displays that along with a clever sense of humor each night, covering politics, pop culture, and social stories in a truly unique fashion. Noah is also at the top of the class when it comes to interviewing in late night.

But late night fans should also be thankful for “Between the Scenes.” The online exclusive clips feature an unscripted Noah reflecting on stories taken from the day’s headlines, inspired by the live studio audience, or whatever happens to be on his mind that day.

Like Conan O’Brien’s podcast, “Between the Scenes” allows late night fans to get to know Trevor Noah even more. The segments can be light and playful, like it was with Anna Kendrick, or they can be poignant monologues on important issues like race and social justice.

Fans should be thankful that Noah is open to having these discussions on camera and that The Daily Show shares them with the world. It shows us that Noah is far more than just a comedian, something that late night fans seem to want more and more in 2019.
