Is Saturday Night Live new tonight, November 9?

Should Saturday Night Live fans expect a brand new episode tonight or another week off?
If Saturday Night Live wants to start increasing the political sketches then the show got plenty of material this week. The twists and turns of the impeachment inquiry and the public introduction of new characters gave Saturday Night Live a number of opportunities.
It was the season 45 premiere episode hosted by Woody Harrelson that featured the most time dedicated to the impeachment inquiry. Since then, only cold opens have really focused on President Donald Trump and his predicament.
Other political sketches have focused on Democrats running for president. Some fans are probably happy to see a little less of Alec Baldwin’s President Trump. Last week, Kate McKinnon kicked off the show as Elizabeth Warren.
Speaking of last week, it was an episode that featured more misses than hits. Kristen Stewart returned to host for the second time and managed to do the best she could with the material. However, premises held more promise than what was delivered in the sketches, even if some got the stamp of approval from a few pop stars.
So what does Saturday Night Live have in store this week? A brand new episode to bounce back? Or a week off to get ready for another run of top-notch episodes?
There will not be a new episode of Saturday Night Live tonight. Fans will see a rerun if the tune in to NBC tonight at 11:30.
You’ll have to wait another week for a new show. On Nov. 16, Harry Styles will serve as host and musical guest. He joins Chance the Rapper as the second entertainer to pull double duty this season.
