Phoebe Waller-Bridge on Late Night with Seth Meyers

There is no bigger name in television right now than Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The creator/writer/star of Fleabag comes to Late Night with Seth Meyers on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

Waller-Bridge is not too far removed from the Emmys where she collected awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy, Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series, and Outstanding Comedy for her Amazon show Fleabag. She is also the creator of Killing Eve which was nominated for Outstanding Drama and helped actress Jodie Comer win Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama.

Next up for the talented Waller-Bridge is Saturday Night Live. She will host the second episode of season 45 with help from musical guest Taylor Swift. Waller-Bridge was announced as a host well before she cleaned up at the Emmys so anticipation for her SNL debut only increased.

Before that, she will sit down with Seth Meyers for the second time in six months. Meyers will no doubt congratulate Waller-Bridge on her success with Fleabag and Killing Eve before getting into the nervous excitement that typically comes with hosting Saturday Night Live. While Waller-Bridge is no stranger to performing live, hosting SNL can be a whole different ballgame.
