Jimmy Kimmel Live! debuted the latest installment of Mean Tweets and it was another all music edition.

Twitter remains the gift that keeps on giving for late night hosts and their writers. And while it can sometimes backfire, the social media platform remains a source of nightly material. From the president’s tweet storms to memes, there is plenty of comedy to be found. Especially when it comes to mean tweets.

Nobody knows this better than Jimmy Kimmel. He traditionally reads the presidents Tweets on air and riffs on whatever Trump sends out. But he and the writing staff at Jimmy Kimmel Live! struck gold with the “Mean Tweets” segment. Since 2012 it has been a staple on the show and one of the more popular bits.

We’ve seen more and more themed editions of “Mean Tweets” come from Kimmel. There have been editions dedicated to NBA players, the Avengers, and even Kimmel himself. The latest once again takes aim at the music world. Check it out below:

The fifth edition of music “Mean Tweets” shows that no matter how popular or harmless you may think an artist is, there are people online saying some nasty things. Gwen Stefani was left speechless save for an “owie.” Halsey also had no response while Miley Cyrus also went with the silent treatment.

The best part of these bits is when the celebrities are able to laugh along with the joke. Some of these tweets, though viscous, are entertaining. So it’s good to see the likes of Pink, Tyga, and everyone’s favorite musical target Nickleback have fun with it.

If watching that video has you in the mood for even more mean tweets then don’t worry. Here are some of the most popular editions on YouTube:
