Celebrities read mean tweets… about Jimmy Kimmel!
By Jeremy Dick
The tables were turned on Jimmy Kimmel last night as he was presented a video compilation of many stars reading mean tweets from Twittier users about Jimmy.
Jimmy Kimmel has had many laughs having celebrities reading harsh tweets about themselves on his program, but now he’s getting a taste of his own medicine!
Last night, Jimmy Kimmell received a hilarious “gift” for his 50th birthday celebration. Ray Romano revealed to the late night funnyman that many celebrities have secretly recorded themselves reading mean tweets about Kimmell himself. And now, they’ve put together a big compilation of an assortment of stars reading the most scathing online remarks about Jimmy.
The Mean Tweets – Jimmy Kimmel Edition segment begins with Romano himself, reading a tweet saying, “Jimmy Kimmell needs a kick to his d–k hole.” From there, many familiar faces pop up, including Michael Keaton, Howard Stern, Anthony Anderson, Tracy Morgan, David Letterman, and many more.
Of course, it’s always nice to see Jon Stewart again, as he’s one of the stars to appear in the clip. He reads a tweet that says, “Jimmy Kimmell is that same fat kid from Win Ben Stein’s Money who grew up to become that fat kid from Win Ben Stein’s Money.” But Stewart isn’t amused about that tweet, only saying that he doesn’t care for this tweeter at all.
