Porn star Stormy Daniels is now moving forward to sue President Donald Trump concerning their alleged affair, and Stephen Colbert can’t help but laugh.

The Stormy Daniels storm isn’t over for Donald Trump just yet!

Yesterday, the president received more bad news pertaining to his alleged affair with Daniels. Claiming that Trump didn’t sign her non-disclosure agreement which bars her from talking about the affair, the porn star is now suing the president. If there were ever a moment where it felt like the times are a-changin’, it’s certainly right now!

Last night on The Late Show, host Stephen Colbert found himself entertained by these new developments. Without a signature from Trump on her confidentiality agreement, Daniels is suing to declare it invalid. For his part, however, Colbert finds it amusing that this is what Trump thought was too sketchy for him to put his name on.

“What about Trump University?” Colbert suggests. “Or Don Jr.?”

Something else interesting stemming from the lawsuit is that it suggests there are “still images” relating to the affair. “I think we can all guess what these still images are,” Colbert jokes. “CBS will not permit me to say the colloquial term, so let’s just call them ‘penis portraits.'”
