Gotham star Cameron Monaghan teases new gang for Jerome
By Jeremy Dick
Cameron Monaghan, who plays Jerome on FOX’s Gotham, is teasing who will join Jerome’s new gang with an image from the Batman: The Long Halloween comic.
Jim Gordon is going to have his hands pretty full!
When Gotham on FOX went on its mid-season break, we were left with the return of Jerome Valeska. He happens to be in a cell next to Penguin, and the two seem to be forming a collaboration to get themselves out of Arkham.
Now, apparently, it seems that Penguin isn’t going to be the only one joining Jerome. Cameron Monaghan, who plays Jerome, has taken to Twitter to tease an upcoming storyline. Tweeting an image from The Long Halloween, the picture shows Joker hanging out with some familiar baddies — Penguin, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, Mad Hatter, and Solomon Grundy. Of course, these are all characters who’ve made it to the TV show already. Does this mean Gotham will be bringing this villains together in the same way?
While Jerome is technically not the Joker (or, at least, hasn’t been confirmed to be), he’s essentially the Joker of the show. One would assume he will be the de facto leader once this group gets together. But the egomaniac Penguin will probably develop some kind of problem with that…

In any case, we will have to see what happens. Gotham will return this spring with new episodes, but an official release date has yet to be made available. Late February seems to be the estimate, but stay tuned!
