E! renews Keeping Up with the Kardashians through 2020
By Jeremy Dick
Keeping Up with the Kardashians will be producing new episodes for at least a few more years, after E! signed the family to a lucrative new deal.
Are you caught up with the Kardashians? Perhaps you ought to be, because they’re gonna stick around for a while!
Courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter, we can confirm that E! has renewed the popular reality series through 2020. The decision comes after the network celebrated the 10th anniversary of the show, which has now spanned 13 seasons so far. And apparently the family isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
The network is rumored to be spending around $150 million for the renewal, but THR sources say that number is closer to $100 million. Either way, keeping the show on the air isn’t cheap, but for some reason the Kardashian family is just as popular as ever. If the people are still watching all these years later, then it’s a no-brainer for E! to keep the show going.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians will be airing its 200th episode later this month. It’s easily one of the most successful reality TV shows of its type, especially considering all of the spin-offs that came out of it as well. Still, their fans seem to prefer the original Keeping Up show most of all.

So whether you love or hate those Kardashians, the fact of the matter is that they’re here to stay. One can’t help but wonder how long this family can keep this going. But with the kind of money they’re making, I can’t blame them at all.
