Tonight will mark the premiere of an all new episode of Saturday Night Live on NBC, and we have all of the details about the show.

After a summer break, Lorne Michaels’ Saturday Night Live has returned to broadcast television. Last week, Ryan Gosling did the duties of hosting the premiere, with Jay-Z serving as the musical guest. It was a fantastic show, but it does leave the question… who’s next?

Tonight, on the October 7th episode, Gal Gadot will be hosting the series for her very first time. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because she stars as the titular superhero in Wonder Woman, the best cinematic effort from DC in recent years. With her rise to super stardom stemming from the Wonder Woman movie, it seems all but obvious she’ll be playing the character on the show in some kind of parody sketch.

Coming on board as the musical guest is Sam Smith. The 25 year old singer previously appeared on the show as the musical guest in 2014. He’ll likely be performing his new single “Too Good at Goodbyes”, which hit the #1 spot on the charts in the UK.

So far, the new SNL has been stellar! Ryan Gosling did a fantastic job last week but as a fan of Wonder Woman, I’m looking forward to tonight’s show a little bit more. And if nothing else, we can always count on Alec Baldwin showing up as Donald Trump!

Saturday Night Live airs new episodes on Saturday nights on NBC, at 11:30 PM ET (10:30 PM CT).
