Netflix’s Bojack Horseman: Season 5 is already in the works

So soon after Season 4 of Bojack Horseman hit the Netflix streaming service, the animated series has already been renewed for a Season 5.

If only Bojack Horseman knew how popular the Netflix show about him really is!

With Season 4 of Bojack Horseman now in the can, fans may have wondered if the show would be back with new episodes. Well, there’s good news, as the renewal for Season 5 has already been made official by Netflix!

However, the streaming giant wanted to have a little bit of fun with this reveal. So they did so via Bojack Horseman’s official Twitter account. In a video posted in a tweet, Bojack scrolls through the texts on his phone. A “clingy Netflix exec” talks to him about Season 5, confirming the new season of the show. The video is rather short at only 15 seconds long but it’s enough to start getting us excited now for new episodes.

Of course, it’s going to be a while before we actually get said episodes. Animated shows obviously take a long time to produce, and it’ll be around a year (presumably) for Season 5 to come out. Still, to know that it’s coming is awesome news.
