Emmys 2017 live stream, how to watch online
By Jeremy Dick
Are you unable to watch the 69th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on TV or just prefer to watch it online? Here’s how to access the live stream for the show.
The day of the Emmys has finally arrived!
Today, the 69th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards show takes place. Late night TV king Stephen Colbert is hosting the show for the first time (but hopefully not the only). And after tonight we’ll see which TV shows have been the heaviest hitters for those in charge of the awards, meaning we’ll also see who winds up getting snubbed.
In today’s digital age, many viewers prefer to stream TV content rather than watching it on the boob tube. While you might be able to find it on a shady streaming site, we heavily advise against it. CBS is airing the show this year, and they have a pretty easy way of streaming the show. Check out the list of legal and safe streaming links below.
Option 1: CBS All Access
Like many networks, CBS has their own streaming service called CBS All Access. Though it costs $5.99 a month, it offers a one week free trial for first time users. If you have no other need for the service, you can get the free trial, watch the Emmys, and then cancel it before it the week is over.
Option 2: Hulu Live
Hulu now offers live TV streaming for consumers through its Hulu Live service. This costs $39.99 a month, but it gives you access to live television, as well as Hulu’s entire digital library.
Option 3: Fubo.tv
Fubo is a cheaper alternative to the Hulu Live service, albeit without its own original content. This service lets you access live TV for $19.99 per month. However, it currently offers a one week free trial to test the waters before you pay for it.
The Emmys start at 8 PM EST on CBS.
