‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Premiere: 10 Key Moments
By Jeremy Dick
9. Bran Stark has finally made it to the Wall
You’ve got to admire the durability of Bran Stark. Very early on in the series, the boy wound up partially paralyzed. Yet with almost everyone else in the series having died since then, young Bran is still going. His good pal Hodor sacrificing himself to give Bran and Meera the chance to go on has let him go on even further.
Now, it’s gotten Bran to the Wall where is he greeted by members of the Night’s Watch. After a little bit of convincing, they let Bran and Meera in, knowing they’re all in this together with the threat of the White Walkers coming. For now, Bran is a little bit safer, under the protection of the Night’s Watch.
Of course, with Bran Stark now at the Wall, it’s just a matter of time before he reunites with Jon Snow and Sansa. If you think about it, he hasn’t even seen either of them since back in Season 1. Poor Bran has basically been in hiding and on the run for the entire series. Their eventual scenes together this season will be very interesting to see for longtime fans of the series.
