It’s May 21st, 2017, and you are probably here because you want to know if there’s a new episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver on today.
In that case, I’ve got some fantastic news for you!
Yes, John Oliver will be back on HBO tonight for an all new episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver! That’s certainly great news for those of us who need Oliver’s humor for therapy after the crazy weeks we’ve been having.
This will be Oliver’s 102nd episode of the series. Last Week Tonight is now approaching the end of its fourth season. But Oliver will be sticking with us on Sunday nights through early July, so we’ve still got some time left with him before the break.
We can expect the LWT host to address the newest developments in the Donald Trump and James Comey controversy. A special counsel has been brought in to oversee the investigation into Trump’s Russia ties. This made the president tweet that he’s being treated worse than any other politician in history. I can just imagine how much fun Oliver’s going to have with that.
But Oliver likes to call attention to issues that need it as well, so we will see what else is bothering him when he speaks his mind on the show tonight.
